Carl is a seasoned real estate investor and hands-on property manager with over four decades of experience in construction and home renovations. Raised in the country, Carl developed a strong work ethic early on, working in gardens, caring for horses, and helping build barns and fences. He transitioned from his family’s construction business into real estate around age 40 and now owns 11 single-family homes, managing most repairs and renovations himself.
He is a long-time attendee of ACRE and past president of ACRE of Beaver County, he combines his faith-driven values with a passion for hard work. In his free time, Carl enjoys hunting, classic and muscle cars, and spending time with his family.
