Rita Young is a lawyer in Pittsburgh, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1992.Bachelor’s in Foreign Service and International Politics from Pennsylvania State University Master’s in Public and International Affairs, Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Library Information Sciences from University of Pittsburgh She won her first two jury trials, 4 months after being admitted to practice. She has been working in real estate since before law school when she learned how to do title searches and bring downs for the law firm Hergenroeder and Heights, PC and has practiced in many areas of the law including Corporate formations, Wills, Estates and Trusts, Labor Law, Landlord & Tenant law, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Commercial and Securities Litigation. She spends her days conducting research on, among other things, background checks on LLCs and corporate officers for a large law firm, but on the side helps budding real estate investors with their thorny corporate and landlord tenant issues.
