Since the pandemic only a few people come. We would love to have many more! They are all experienced investors but we have been able to advise and discuss issues they have about contracting, tenants, and financing. Because of the low turnout it has become more of an open/informal discussion group.
The original intent was to advise on how to purchase properties using owner financing, subject-to, trades, conservative-ships and whatever else there might be. Also, we discuss the best methods of finding properties to buy through driving around, foreclosures, divorces and estates.
I think the current real estate and economical environment does not lend itself to creative financing deals. "
I have not done any of the "creative ways" myself so I don't feel I have the necessary expertise. When the past leader moved away I stepped up to keep the group going.
